After graduating from university, he worked for a major electronics manufacturer. While traveling to more than ten countries overseas, he realized that he had been neglecting his own dietary habits while finding fulfillment in his work.
Around that time, he met LFC representative, Mr. Taira, and strongly empathized with the concept of a 2km radius nutritional cycle. He began learning about composting and joined Local Food Cycling Co. Through composting lectures and collection consultations in the Kanto area, he has been promoting a pleasant recycling lifestyle from the city. He also manages community composting programs mainly in Minato and Shibuya wards of Tokyo. He also practices composting and growing herbs on his balcony in the city center.
His favorite vegetable is burdock. He is an LFC compost trainer.
