If you wish to cancel after payment of the tuition fee, please contact us at least 3 business days before the date of the seminar (in the case of seminars held over multiple dates, the first day of the seminar). For cancellations after that, the full amount of the participation fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Refund due to cancellation, etc.

If the minimum number of participants is not reached, or if the lecturer cannot be in charge due to transportation accidents, strikes, riots, natural disasters, illness, etc., we may be forced to cancel. In that case, the full amount of the participation fee paid will be refunded to the customer's designated account, or if a seminar with the same content is held on an alternative schedule, it will be possible to attend.
