General Incorporated Association Zen 2.0 (hereinafter referred to as "our company") protects the privacy of everyone who has registered on the day/pre-registration or registered as a member in seminars and conferences hosted by our company and in all services using the Internet. We respect your privacy and the privacy of our employees, and take the following precautions to protect your personal information.

  • We collect, use and provide personal information in an appropriate manner, taking into consideration the content and scale of our business.

  • We will prevent and correct unauthorized access to registered personal information, loss, destruction, falsification and leakage of personal information.

  • Comply with laws and other norms regarding personal information.

  • Continually improve our compliance program regarding the protection of personal information.

  • When entrusting personal information, the Company will supervise the contractor so that it handles personal information appropriately.

Acquisition of Personal Information

Zen2.0 General Incorporated Association (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") will ask users for their personal information in the following cases. In each case, the Company clearly indicates that personal information is required and asks users to provide it of their own volition.


  • Registration for participation in lectures, seminars, etc.

  • Registration for e-mail distribution services

  • Registration for various membership services

  • Responses to online surveys

  • Enter/participate in contests, sweepstakes, and other events

  • Request special services or information

  • Order periodicals, books, digital content, and other merchandise

  • Miscellaneous

We may also ask you for personal information when you request information, services, product orders, applications, or contacts from other companies/organizations at our events or through our websites. What personal information we ask for

The personal information we ask users for will be used for the following purposes. If you wish to refuse to allow us to use your personal information for a particular purpose, you may request that we do so at any time.

To improve the contents of our web site and e-mails for your satisfaction, or to customize them for individual users. We may use the personal information we collect to improve the site to better satisfy our users or to customize it to the needs of individual users. We may also use personal information to show you advertisements that may be of interest to you.


Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties

We will not disclose your personal information to any third party without your consent. (We will not pass your personal information to any other company or organization that may be able to provide you with information that may be of interest to you.) If a user who has consented to the disclosure of his/her personal information to a third party later requests that the Company cease providing such information to the third party, the Company will do so as soon as possible. However, when users request information, services, product orders, applications, contact, etc. from companies/organizations other than ours at our various events or via our various websites, we will assume that the users themselves have given their consent when they provide their personal information, and we may pass their personal information to the company/organization in question. We may release aggregate information that statistically processes personal information (e.g., "XX% of all users visit XXX Forum each year"). This does not include information that identifies individual users.


Cancellation of Registration Information

Upon request from a user, we will stop providing information or services to the user in question, and in the case of cancellation, we will delete the user's personal information from our database.
