Since her modeling debut in 1994, SHIHO has been active in a wide range of fields including TV, radio, commercials, producing and publishing. She has appeared on the cover of many fashion magazines.
She is also popular among women of all ages for her lifestyle of wellbeing that promotes physical and mental health and beauty. Her yoga DVD book "SHIHO loves YOGA - Home Yoga" and "Trinity Slim 'Whole Body slimming' Stretch" (published after giving birth) have sold over 400,000 copies.
In 2021, SHIHO published a meditation book, "Natural Meditation in Hawaii: My First Meditation by SHIHO.
She is also active in Korea with her 11-year-old daughter, Saran, and her husband, martial artist Yoshihiro Akiyama. She has more than 760,000 followers on Instagram.
Certified yoga teacher with 200 hours of Yoga Alliance certification.
