Michi Mizuno
Career Counselor, Co-author ”IDGs -Transforming Organization”
IDGs Japan Hub Community Executive Committee Member, Fellow of Nippon Manpower Co, Ltd., Director of the Future Careers Institute, Supervisor of the Japan Career Development Association, and holds a Master of Ed. (Counselor Education) from Pennsylvania State University. Has been involved in the implementation of career development and career consulting in Japan. Currently, she focuses on career development within companies, organizational development, and career consultant training, while at the same time being interested in the creation of a sustainable society. She participates in promoting the IDGs, which focus on inner development as well as the outer world. Co-author of "IDGs Transforming Organizations.
